After 25 years in the beef business and 21 years as a welder, Delvin Kropf is returning to full-time farming with his wife Rebecca—this time with a regenerative approach. Kropf Meadows raises 100% grass-fed Dexter cattle, along with organic, soy-free AND corn-free chicken and eggs. With an on-farm store opening spring 2026, they’re building a transparent, relationship-based business that connects local families directly to clean, wholesome food they can trust.
